Power of Words

Words are the "secret" to changing behaviours and allowing you to free limiting beliefs that hold you captive in fat, confidence etc.
Start to hear the words you are using and question what you are really saying!
For example, "I will tomorrow" do you procrastinate and put off actions today with the best of intentions of doing tomorrow? Learn to respond with no I will do now and get it out of the way.
The classic example of this is "I will start my diet tomorrow"
